With this research grant, the DKMS Stiftung Leben Spenden (Foundation for Giving Life) annually supports up to<strong>\u00a0four international young scientists<\/strong>\u00a0who want to advance the fight against blood cancer with promising research projects. The projects to be submitted focus on<strong>\u00a0blood stem cell transplantation and cell therapy<\/strong>. The requirements also include &#8211; among other things &#8211; a doctorate or comparable qualification dating back no more than eight years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each fellow will receive\u00a0<strong>240,000 euros<\/strong>, paid out over a period of three years.\u00a0<strong>The application deadline is December 3, 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All application modalities and further details about the John Hansen Research Grant can be found on our DKMS Professionals` Platform for scientists and medical professionals:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/professional.dkms.org\/research-grant\">https:\/\/professional.dkms.org\/research-grant<\/a>.
