27th PanCare meeting

We are very happy to invite you to the 27th PanCare meeting that will be organised together with U.G.I. Unione genitori italiani contro il tumore dei bambini (www.ugi-torino.it), Franca Fagioli, the director of the Pediatric Oncology Department in Torino, Enrico Brignardello and Professor Enrico Pira, president of U.G.I. This meeting will be held at the cavallerizza reale in Torino, Italy. We hope that we will be able to organise this meeting as an face to face meeting and look forward to finally meet you all in Torino. If the COVID-19 pandemic will not allow us to meet in Torino we will have this meeting online on the same dates.

PanCare Torino will offer an interactive programme with interesting presentations, scientific updates on the European research grants, a survivor session and room for social interaction to connect with others.  The programme is of interest for everyone connected to PanCare: Survivors, Parents, Researchers, Healthcare professionals and everyone else that is interested. For PanCare members we also will organise the yearly General Assembly.

Some travel and accommodation stipends will be available for survivors and parents. If you would like to apply for this please contact info@pancare.eu shortly introducing yourself and describing your reasons to apply for a stipend.

For young researchers we will organise the 4th PanCare Educational Day. This half-day educational meeting for young researchers in the field of childhood cancer survivorship the  (especially PhD students) will prove you a background information on childhood cancer (survivorship) and scientific work and methods.  The Educational Day will be organised in the morning of 4 May prior to the general meeting. Please click here for more information about the Educational Day
